2. This website and our paid services

This website provides general information about ThreadIO. No product or subscription can be purchased here, and using the website does not make you a ThreadIO customer.

ThreadIO monitoring, hardware, installation, integrations, support, and field service are provided only under a separate written quote and service agreement. That agreement defines scope, fees, billing, term, renewal, cancellation, data handling, and service commitments. If it conflicts with these terms or with anything on this website, the agreement controls.

3. Pricing and quotes

Prices on this website are provided for general information and may change. They are not an offer that you can accept. Hardware, installation, commissioning, integrations, and field service are quoted separately. Only a written quote or agreement from ThreadIO sets the price for your deployment.

4. Examples, estimates, and illustrative content

Website content is for general information only. It is not engineering, safety, legal, or financial advice.

• Calculators and scenarios. These use assumptions, example figures, or numbers you enter. Their results are illustrations, not quotes, predictions, or promises of savings.
• Images and demonstrations. Some images and scenes are generated or illustrative. Dashboards and equipment scenes are examples, not live connections.
• Case studies and findings. These describe particular projects and conditions. Your results depend on your equipment, your site, and the actions taken.

5. Safety and operating decisions
